Refunds and returns
We shop online too, so we know how important it is to have peace of mind that your order can be easily exchanged or refunded. We will gladly exchange or refund within 60 days from the date of delivery - no questions asked. Please note that each item will be inspected for wear and tear before a refund will be issued.
How to request a refund
You will be given special instructions on how to return your item. Please email us at email@example.com to notify us of your intent to return your purchase prior to sending the item back to us. Please provide your order number, date of purchase, item description and item value to assist us with processing your refund.
The item must be returned within 60 days of delivery date in an unwashed, unworn and resalable condition. The customer must package all returns in a protective wrapping (eg, bubble wrap) to avoid damage during shipping.

Method of refund
Your refund will be credited to you via the same method by which you purchased the item, eg via PayPal or Direct Deposit. Once your return item has been received by On All Paws, please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be issued.
